Inspired by the quiet elegance of winter gardens, Winter Sonata is a sculptural cocktail hat crafted from cream fur felt and crowned with handcrafted felt florals. Delicate foliage and soft French veiling create depth and movement, while the contrast of ivory and black gives the design its distinctive, understated character.
Every design is created in the MICHAETT studio in the Southern Highlands, where traditional millinery is practised with patience, precision and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.

One of the hallmarks of my work is the use of invisible stitching — a technique that ensures perfectly smooth lines without any visible seams. The result is a hat with a clean, uninterrupted silhouette and a refined expression of hand-made precision.
Each MICHAETT occasion hat is carefully placed in our signature packaging – a custom-designed hat box printed with the MICHAETT name in our distinctive brand style and wrapped in matching tissue paper.
