This website is owned and operated by MICHAETT. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions:
• MICHAETT may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australia dolars, and all charges will be processed in Australia dolars. Prices include GST.
• All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. MICHAETT will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
• Please understand that colours may vary between computer screens. The colours on the website are represented as best as possible but we can not be held responsible for wrong choices or colours variances between computer screens.

• MICHAETT reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated or you the purchaser have made prior arrangements, all shipping within Australia is via the Australia Post network. Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. Signature is required upon delivery. All parcels within Australia are shipped using Eparcel and are fully traceable. A tracking number is emailed once the item is despatched. International parcels are via Air Mail.
MICHAETT reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs in the event of an unusually large order. If additional postage is required the customer will be notified prior to processing on the order.
Insurance cover does not cover any other loss of any nature whatsoever other than the price of the products invoiced and contained in the package insured. In the event that a claim against insurance needs to be lodged you will be required to provide any information requested by Australia Post to complete the claim.
MICHAETT does not take any responsibility for items once they have been shipped, nor do we cover any charges/fees incured from import or duty taxes.
