Production

Each MICHAETT piece is individually handcrafted.

Production times vary depending on the design and will be confirmed when your order is placed. In most cases, orders are completed within 7–10 business days.
If you require your piece for a specific event or date, please let us know when making your enquiry. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframe where possible.

Shipping Within Australia

All MICHAETT pieces are sent Australia-wide by insured express post. Complimentary express delivery on all pieces over $600, including every made-to-order and bespoke hat. Pieces under $600: flat express delivery of $35, anywhere in Australia.
Complimentary pickup from the Bowral atelier is also available, with a final fitting if you wish. Simply choose atelier pickup at checkout, or let me know when you enquire.
All hats are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Occasion hats are supplied in a protective hat box suitable for long-term storage.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by request.

Delivery

Delivery time begins once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and destination.
