ORDERING

Some pieces will be made to order and you will see a delivery time in the product description. Please do contact us to request a piece made sooner and we will aim to accommodate your needs. We do charge an extra 15% fee for the urgent service to cover extra expenses.

PRODUCTION TIMINGS

Each MICHÆTT product is made to the highest standards and this attention to detail takes a little time.

These are the estimated timings to create your piece, please then consult our delivery times (excludes weekends):

Casual hats: 7 - 10 working days
Occasion hats: 7 - 10 working days
Headpieces: 7 - 10 working days

NEED A PIECE SOONER?

Please do call us to request a piece made sooner and we will aim to accommodate your needs. We do charge an extra 15% fee for the rush order service to cover additional costs. It is very useful, if you require the item for a particular date, that the date of the occasion is added to the additional notes section of your order.

INSURANCE & CLAIMS

Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the MICHÆTT atelier the courier will take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Promotional offers including free delivery and the payment of duty are not applicable to items that are on sale or included in other special offers. 

Your product will be beautifully packaged and sent out with great care. Our occasion hats are delivered in a hat box that you can then use for storage of your piece, this hatbox is then packed inside an outer carton for extra protection. The cost of packaging & delivery varies according to your location and type of product, please see the guide below:

AUSTRALIA: Orders are delivered via courier or Australia Post. Standard shipping $30 (usually delivered within 6 days) 

NEW ZEALAND: You can choose Standard shipping (usually delivered within 7 business days) for $30

EUROPE: Delivery time after dispatch will depend on your location, we hope to have your item with you within 10 working days after dispatch at a cost of $30.

USA, CANADA: Delivery time after dispatch will depend on your location, we hope to have your item with you within 10 working days after dispatch at a cost of $30.

Please note the above delivery times are on top of the time it takes to produce your piece. The delivery times cannot be guaranteed as that is not in our control, however, tracking information is available upon request.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Please understand that colours may vary between computer screens. The colours on the website are represented as best as possible but we can not be held responsible for wrong choices or colours variances between computer screens.
