Production

Each MICHAETT piece is individually handcrafted.

Production times vary depending on the design and will be confirmed when your order is placed. In most cases, orders are completed within 7–10 business days.

If you require your piece for a specific event or date, please let us know when making your enquiry. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframe where possible.

Shipping Within Australia

MICHAETT ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are charged separately and are based on the current Australia Post rates applicable to the size, weight and destination of your parcel. The shipping cost will be included in your invoice before your order is confirmed.

All hats are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Occasion hats are supplied in a protective hat box suitable for long-term storage.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by request.

Delivery

Delivery time begins once your order has been completed and dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
